Track Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a direct link to track your shipment.

You can also check your order status at any time by visiting: garagerecess.com/account/orders

Log in with the email address used at checkout to view your order history and current status.

Multiple Shipments

Because Garage Recess works with multiple brand partners, orders containing items from different suppliers may ship separately and arrive at different times. You will receive a separate tracking notification for each shipment.

Order Not Arrived?

If your tracking information shows your order was delivered but you have not received it, or if your estimated delivery window has passed without an update, please contact us at contact@garagerecess.com with your order number and we will look into it right away.
